Ryosuke was born and raised in Fuji, Shizuoka, Japan. He earned his B.S. degree in 2021 from the Faculty of Agriculture, Tohoku University, and his M.S. in 2023 from the Graduate School of Agricultural Science, Tohoku University. He completed his Ph.D. at the Graduate School of Agricultural Science, Tohoku University, under the supervision of Prof. Yotsu-Yamashita Mari, focusing on the biosynthesis and synthesis of marine natural products. In April 2026, he joined the Sarlah Group as a postdoctoral fellow, where he is developing new synthetic methodologies. Outside the lab, Ryosuke enjoys reading science fiction books.
